John Bird - Member at Large

John is a California native, born in Palo Alto. He grew up in Pleasanton, California, graduated from Amador Valley High School in 1980 and attended Humboldt State University for his bachelor’s degree in Geology. He is a California Registered Professional Geologist with over 35 years of professional environmental consulting experience. John married his wife Judy in 1989. They have two grown children Rebecca and Kyle. They have resided in Livermore, California for the past 26 years. They enjoy camping, wine tasting, and competing in chili cook off competitions.
