Help the blind or visually impaired get the help and resources to

thrive independently

Imagine living in a world where you can only listen and touch to survive.

This is the reality for many non-sighted people

CRIL offers our Consumers training, resources, and other help with the following:

·            Using smartphones and key screen reader settings

·              Accessing laptops/computers (JAWS screen reader, Zoom Text, and Fusion), plus software like Google Suite, Dragon, Kurzwell 1000, and other assistive tech

·              Attending cooking classes in a full kitchen

·              Navigating college platforms like Canvas

·              Receiving low-tech devices like clocks and voice recorders

·              Participating in peer support groups

·              Staying informed with relevant blind news, programs, and resources
