Alejandra Hacker - Program Director/Human Resources/Benefits Coordinator

Alejandra is CRIL’s Program Director as well as another Spanish Speaker. She has been working for CRIL since 2010. She started her career here as an Employment Benefits Coordinator, assisting consumers with their employment goals while maintaining their Social Security benefits. Her role has evolved over the years, and she has provided many different services from vocational services, benefit planning, and tax services, to housing services, assisting consumers with Season of Sharing and Cal Fresh applications. Her most important role at CRIL is being an advocate for our consumers, and to help them achieve their goals while they exercise self-advocacy effectively. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
